Our Impact
More than one million Coloradans live with a disability. We seek justice for all.
Between 2021 and 2025, we conducted 112 interviews with children confined to the Colorado Division of Youth Services — research that triggered a federal lawsuit to protect them.
In 2025, we served 2,957 individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and traumatic brain injuries.
In 2024, a statewide settlement — driven by our complaint — required housing support and services for 7,256 nursing-home residents and 50,000 Coloradans at risk of institutionalization.
