Notice of Settlement: Accessible Ticketing and Seating at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Disability Law Colorado, along with the Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center (CREEC) and the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC), is pleased to announce that we have reached a proposed class action settlement with the City of Denver regarding accessibility of ticketing and seating policies at Red Rocks Amphitheatre for patrons who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Preliminary approval of the class action Consent Decree was given by the Court on March 6, 2018. The Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit is posted below. Comments from the public on the proposed settlement are open until May 20, 2018.  A hearing on final approval of the class action settlement is set for June 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom A-1002 in the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse.
